Shipping
We use USPS or local delivery service to ship your order. In most cases, you can expect delivery within 4-8 days (sometimes sooner!)
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95 for all orders
At this time, we ship anywhere within the continental United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or international destinations.
Returns
Sheer delight is our goal. In the event you aren’t satisfied with your product(s), please contact us by completing a Contact Us form, emailing kisoapco@gmail.com or calling 419.746.KISC (5472) so that we can make it right.
• Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Returned items must be in like new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip.
• Shipping charges are not refundable unless we sent an incorrect or defective item.
• Please remember we cannot accept a return without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong items by mistake, we’re sorry. We will gladly ship the correct items at no additional cost.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date you ship your returned item for a store credit or refund.
All items purchased from a Retail outlet must be returned to the seller.
